Arelalizza on suomalainen kashmirneuleyritys. Tuotteet suunnitellaan New Yorkissa ja Tampereella ja valmistetaan Aasiassa.

Seuraavat toimitusehdot ovat voimassa asiakkaiden ja Arelalizza-verkkokaupan välisessä kaupankäynnissä ja asiakkaan tulee hyväksyä ne ennen ostoksien tekemistä. Pidätämme oikeuden muuttaa, korjata tai päivittää näitä ehtoja milloin tahansa.Asiakkaan tulee aina Arelalizza-verkkokaupasta ostaessaan lukea ja hyväksyä nämä ehdot.

Nämä toimitusehdot ovat voimassa 11. joulukuuta 2009 alkaen ja toistaiseksi.

Tilaaminen

Tuotteet tilataan osoitteesta www.arelalizza.fi selaamalla tuotteita, keräämällä halutut kappaleet ostoskoriin ja vahvistamalla tilaus. Asiakas saa vahvistuksen tilauksesta sähköpostilla saatuamme suorituksen ostoksesta. Asiakkaan antaessa yhteystietonsa ja vahvistaessa tilauksen hän hyväksyy nämä toimitusehdot.

Lähetys- ja toimituskulut

Tuotteet toimitetaan sekä Suomeen että ulkomaille Suomen postin, Itellan, välityksellä. Tilaukset käsitellään 1–2 päivässä ja lähetetään Tampereelta Suomesta. Lähetyskustannukset näkyvät asiakkaalle ennen maksun vahvistamista kun on selvillä mitä ostetaan ja minne tilaus toimitetaan. Toimitus tapahtuu sen jälkeen kun ostos on maksettu.

Toimitusajat ja hinnat

Suomi: Toimitus 2–7 arkipäivää ostoksen maksamisesta. Lähetyskulut alkaen 9€.

EU-maat: Toimitus 5–10 arkipäivää ostoksen maksamisesta. Lähetyskulut alkaen 14€.

Muut maat: Toimitus 5–12 päivää ostoksen maksamisesta. Lähetyskulut alkaen 16€.

Arelalizza-verkkokauppa ei ole vastuussa yrityksestä riippumattoman esteen estäessä toimituksen. Arelalizzan postitettua tilauksen vastuu kuljetuksesta siirtyy Suomen postille, Itellalle. Jokaisella lähetyksellä on seurantanumero, joka on saatavissa tarvittaessa.

Arelalizza-verkkokaupalla on oikeus hylätä tilaus, jos on syytä epäillä, että käytetty luottokortti ei ole voimassa tai on varastettu. Tässä tapauksessa tulemme olemaan yhteydessä asiakkaaseen sähköpostin välityksellä. Jos tilauksessa tai kuljetuksessa ilmenee jokin ongelma, otamme ostajaan yhteyttä niin pian kuin mahdollista.

Arelalizza ei ole vastuussa lähetyksen aikana tapahtuneesta vauriosta, varkaudesta tai lähetyksen katoamisesta.

Tuotteiden saatavuus

Varastossa olevien tuotteiden mallit, värit ja koot näkyvät Arelalizza-verkkokaupassa. On kuitenkin mahdollista, että samanaikaisesti tapahtuu useampi ostos, eikä kyseistä tuotetta ole enää varastossa. Jos näin käy ja maksu on jo ehtinyt tilillemme, palautamme maksun.

Tuotteiden värien vastaavuus

Pyydämme huomioimaan että tuotteiden värit ovat kuvattu oikeista tuotteista, mutta niiden toistuvuus eri tietokoneilla vaihtelee.

Maksaminen ja hinnoittelu

Arelalizza-verkkokauppassa voi maksaa ostokset Nordean, Sampopankin ja Osuuspankin verkkopankki-tunnuksilla ja VISA, VISA Electron ja MasterCard luottokorteilla. Luottokunta (www.luottokunta.fi, Verified by Visa, Master Card Secure Code) käsittelee kaikki luotolliset ostot suojatuilla maksusivuilla.

Asiakkaan luottokorttitiedot eivät tule missään vaiheessa Arelalizzan tietoon. Kaikkiin Arelalizza-verkkokaupassa myynnissä oleviin tuotteisiin on lisätty arvonlisävero 22%.

Arvonlisäveroa ei peritä Euroopan unionin ulkopuolisien maiden asukkailta. Asiakkaat ovat itse vastuussa tullauksesta ja tulli- ja veromaksuista kotimaissaan.

Asiakkaan ei pidä koskaan kirjoittaa meille palautetietoihin tai sähköposteihin luottokorttiensa tietoja. Arelalizza-verkkokaupalla on oikeus perua maksu ja tilaus tällaisessa tapauksessa. Arelalizza pidättää myös oikeuden muuttaa hintoja ilman ennakkoilmoitusta.

Palautus- ja vaihto-oikeus

Jos asiakas ei jostakin syystä ole tyytyväinen ostokseensa, on hänellä oikeus palauttaa tai vaihtaa se toiseen tuotteeseen. Näissä tapauksissa hänen pitää ottaa meihin yhteyttä sähköpostilla osoitteeseen info@arelalizza.fi 14 vuorokauden kuluessa siitä kun on saanut tilauksen ja palauttaa tuote välittömästi, viimeistään 30 vuorokauden kuluessa. Jos asiakas ei ole tehnyt ilmoitusta 14 vuorokauden kuluessa, meillä on oikeus olla hyväksymättä palautusta. Palautetun tuotteen on oltava alkuperäisessä kunnossa, käyttämätön ja myyntikuntoinen. Tuote on palautettava alkuperäisessä lähetyspakkauksessa ja tuotteen riippuetiketin on oltava kiinni neuleessa. Mukaan on liitettävä asiakkaan nimi, osoite, puhelin- ja tilausnumero. Ainoastaan tässä tapauksessa tuotteen hinta ja lähetyskulut korvataan. Korvaus suoritetaan samalle tilille tai luottokortille, jolta tilaus on maksettu. Jos vaihdettava tuote on hinnaltaan eri kuin palautettu tuote, hintojen ero joko korvataan asiakkaalle tai asiakas maksaa vaihtoehtoisesti erotuksen. Uuden tuotteen lähetyksestä veloitetaan normaalit lähetyskulut.

Kashmirtuotteen hoito-ohjeet

Arelalizza neuleet ovat korkealaatuista 100% kashmirvuohen villaa. Kashmirneule vaatii hoitoa, joka on helppo toteuttaa itse. Kashmirneuleen pesuun suosittelemme hellää käsipesua kylmässä vedessä tai hienokonepesua pesupussissa nestemäisellä kashmirvillan pesuaineella, ilman linkousta. Rumpukuivaus on ehdottomasti kielletty. Neule kuivataan vaakatasossa ja halutessa höyrytetään silitysraudalla. Kashmirvilla on luonnontuote ja nukkaantuu käytettäessä. Tämä ei ole merkki laadusta vaan kashmirvillan luonteesta. Neule kestää nukan poistamisen kashmirkammalla. Kampoja on saatavana Arelalizza verkkokaupasta. Kashmirneuletta ei tarvitse pestä usein, ja pesujen välillä tuuletus on suositeltavaa.

Laki ja tuomiovalta

Sovellamme kaikissa riitatapauksissa Suomen lakia. Kaikki riidat, joita emme pysty sopimaan keskenämme, ratkaistaan Tampereen tuomioistuimessa.

General Information

Arelalizza is a Finnish company that produces cashmere collections twice a year. The products are designed in New York and Tampere, Finland and made in Asia.

The terms and conditions listed below will apply between customer and Arelalizza webstore for the sale and purchase of the products contained in customer?s shopping cart. Arelalizza reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions, and the customer agrees to be bound by such modifications, changes or updates on subsequent visits.

These terms and conditions of sale are valid as of December 11th, 2009.

Ordering

Add the items of choice to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. You will receive a confirmation email from Arelalizza, when the payment has been registered in our system. Please save the confirmation email for reference purpose. When registering, you must provide your contact information, address, and email. By proceeding to checkout, you are accepting these terms and conditions.

Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped in first class by Finnish postal service, Finland Post Corporation. Orders are processed usually in 1–2 business days and delivered by mail worldwide from Tampere, Finland. Shipping costs are based on product weight, size and destination. The shopping cart will show shipping costs after selecting delivery method. Delivery will follow only after a valid bank or credit card payment. See the table for shipping costs below.

After the shipment leaves Arelalizza, the Finnish Postal Service is responsible for delivery. Each shipment has a tracking number that can be obtained upon request.

Estimated delivery times and costs

Finland: Delivery within 2–7 business days from date of shipment. Costs start at 9€ and depend on size and weight of the package.

EU countries: Delivery within 5–10 business days from date of shipment. Costs start at 14€ and depend on size and weight of the package.

Other countries: Delivery within 5–12 business days from date of shipment. Costs start at 16€ and depend on size and weight of the package.

Arelalizza has the right to cancel the order, if there is reason to suspect that the bank or credit card used for the purchase is not valid or might be stolen. In this case, customer will be contacted and informed by email. If there is a problem with your order or shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Arelalizza is not responsible, if an obstruction independent of Arelalizza delays or hinders the delivery of the order.

Availability of products

All the products, designs, colours, and sizes available can be seen in the web store. If there are simultaneous orders, some products may be sold out, even if the website does not show it. If your payment has been registered in our system and we cannot deliver your order, we will return your payment and notify you by email.

Comparison of colours

At Arelalizza we try our hardest to ensure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible. Please note that colours may differ due to differences in computer equipment.

Payment and pricing

Arelalizza webstore accepts Finnish web bank accounts from Nordea, Sampo, and Osuuspankki and VISA, VISA Electron, and Master Card as payment methods. All credit card payments will be done using secure payment site operated by Luottokunta (www.luottokunta.fi, Verified by Visa, Master Card Secure Code.) Your credit card information will not be visible to us at any time. All prices in Arelalizza webstore include 22% VAT (Value Added Tax). Customer is responsible for the import customs, clearance, and payment of customs duties and taxes in their homeland.

Please do not write your credit card information on our feedback forms or include it in emails to us. In those cases, Arelalizza reserves the right to refuse the payment and thereby the order. We also reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Return policy

We hope that you will enjoy your Arelalizza cashmere. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item. To return items, you must contact us info@arelalizza.fi within 14 days after receiving your order. You need to return your item immediately, within 30 days of receiving your order at the latest. If you do not contact us within 14 days after receiving your order, we reserve the right not to accept returned items. Products must be in the same condition as they were received. Return the item in its original package. Please do not remove hangtags or other information from the product. Customers name, address and telephone number must be attached. We only provide a refund or exchange the product, if the product is unused and in its original condition.

Arelalizza cashmere care instructions

Arelalizza knits are made of high quality 100% cashmere. We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water or gentle cycle machine wash in cold water in a lingerie bag without spin-drying. Use liquid detergent for wool and fine knits. Dry on flat rack, do not tumble dry. Alternatively, the product can be dry-cleaned. Airing between washings is recommended. Cashmere wool is a natural fibre and therefore may pill over time. This is not a sign of the quality but it is the nature of cashmere wool. You may remove the pills without damaging the product. For this purpose, Arelalizza recommends the cashmere comb.

Law and Jurisdiction

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be resolved in the district court of Tampere.
